My role
Built the website, dashboard and mobile app with Vue and Nuxt, and Go backend services with AI-assisted development (Claude).
Key features
- One inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram conversations.
- Replies in the customer's Iraqi dialect, using the store's own details: prices, sizes, delivery fees and payment methods.
- Hands the chat to a team member when the customer asks for one, and asks the owner instead of guessing.
- Takes orders in the chat and flags customers who are ready to buy.
- Analytics for conversations, new customers and what the assistant handled, plus team accounts with permissions.
